Pros

A real time saver compared to other programs. Payroll processing is super easy and fast. Employee information is neatly organized making updates a cinch. There is a lot of versatility with reports, charts and graphs, and employee tracking.

Cons

There is a learning curve on how to customize the reports, but support staff is awesome with helping you with everything.

I love that the software is so robust. We operate a staffing agency for the business aviation industry, and we have a wide variety of needs for onboarding, training documentation, and payroll needs. PayServ can handle anything we can throw at it. It works great for any size company.

Cons

The updates to the software have been great, making the system stronger and the user experience richer. However, sometimes the changes come so fast, that it's sometimes hard to keep up with the changes...but that's sort of a good problem to have, I guess...

The reporting is soooo good! So much better than any other HRIS system I've used! Love it! Customer service is very responsive and friendly!

Cons

Because the reporting is so robust, sometimes it's difficult to decide which report to run or where to run it from.
