Stepping up to the Complete Payroll & HR Plus bundle, businesses get access to powerful HR features like live HR helpdesk support, employee handbook wizard, compliance database, and HR training and toolkits. The most robust package, HR Pro, provides enhanced live HR support (from a team focused on your company), employer/employee training, business advisory services, work/life employee assistance programs, and access to legal assistance from a third-party legal service provider.

It’s scalable, with a choice of four packages that start with simple payroll, and expand to HR support, recruiting, and employee handbooks. Payroll features are available across all four RUN packages and can be accessed at any time through a computer or mobile app. Taxes are automatically calculated and are then deducted and paid as needed. Quarterly taxes and annual filings can also be done on your behalf. RUN even automatically creates and sends W-2 and 1099 forms.
RUN helps keep you current on compliance issues, and lets you create an employee handbook — quickly and easily — so employees know what’s expected of them. The dedicated HR portal also stores all documentation in one place to help with compliance obligations.
RUN partners with ZipRecruiter to help you recruit the best possible candidates by posting job listings and descriptions to more than 100 job boards for maximum visibility. Once candidates have been hired, RUN also helps you manage the onboarding process, so employees are ready to work on day 1.
