DATIS combines payroll and HR software in order to help HR professionals manage employees throughout their entire lifecycles with the company. This all-in-one system unifies HR processes in one system for ease of use and access. HR staff can manage and pay employees as well as keep employee data organized all in one place. The system also includes onboarding features to help manage employees from the very beginning of their time with the company. DATIS offers position control features that allow management based on positions within the company rather than individual employees. This helps HR to better plan because they can more easily see how the company is organized and spot problems, opportunities, and gaps that need to be filled more quickly.
